This site is an information channel about the real estate brokerage services of LUKAYCO, S.L. (Aymerich Real Estate) in Castelldefels and along the Barcelona coast. By browsing it you accept these terms of use.

Information about properties and developments is published in good faith, using the data supplied by owners and developers. Prices, surfaces, delivery dates and features may change and do not constitute a contractual offer: before any commitment they are checked against the official documentation. Amounts are stated without taxes or purchase costs unless said otherwise.

Texts, photographs, renders, plans and the logo belong to their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission. Links to third-party sites are offered for convenience and imply no responsibility for their content.

The relationship is governed by Spanish law. For any complaint, please write to the contact email first: the intention is to resolve it directly before going to the competent courts.

Privacy policy

Your data is processed by LUKAYCO, S.L. (Aymerich Real Estate), represented by its managing director Judith Aymerich, as controller, and it is not shared with anyone who is not essential to the service. In practice: I use it to reply to you and to guide you through buying or selling your home. Nothing else.

What data I collect Whatever you write in the contact, valuation or special-request forms: name, phone, email, language, and what you tell me about the property. If we move towards a transaction, also the data needed for the contract and the notary.

What I use it for To answer your enquiry, prepare the valuation, alert you to homes that match what you want, and manage the transaction if there is one.

On what legal basis Your consent when you submit the form, performance of the engagement when we work together, and compliance with the legal and tax obligations that come with real estate brokerage.

How long I keep it Enquiries that go nowhere, one year. Data from a signed transaction, for as long as tax and anti-money-laundering rules require.

Who else sees it Only those needed for the service: the accountant, the notary, the mortgage broker if you ask for one, and the hosting and email providers. Today these are Render (hosting of the website and CRM server) and Supabase (database and storage of photos and documents); both act as data processors on behalf of LUKAYCO, S.L. If an email provider is added, it will be listed here. I do not sell or pass on data to third parties for commercial purposes.

What happens when you browse the site The fonts, the stock images and the programs that make the site work are served from this same site: your IP address is not sent to Google or to other content services. Property photos are downloaded from Supabase (image storage); as with any download, that provider sees the IP address the request comes from. Google reviews are requested from Google by this site's server; your browser does not connect to Google to show them. If a listing includes a 3D tour or a video, it is not loaded until you press the load button (nobody is contacted before that); it is then requested from the platform that hosts it (the notice says which), and that platform may apply its own cookies and privacy policy. The map on the Cubelles development listing uses maps from OpenStreetMap (tile.openstreetmap.org); it is not loaded either until you press “Load the map” (nobody is contacted before that) and, once loaded, OpenStreetMap sees the IP address the map tiles are requested from and may apply its own privacy policy. Links to Instagram and to news outlets lead to external sites with their own policies.

Your rights You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to aymerichbroker@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, though I would appreciate hearing from you first.

Cookies

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies, nor any cookie of its own. The only thing it saves in your browser (local storage) is a mark that remembers you have seen the cookie notice, so it is not shown again; it is strictly necessary and is not sent to any server. Embedded content (a listing's 3D tours or videos) is only loaded if you press to view it, and may use cookies of the platform that provides it. If audience measurement is added in the future, your consent will be requested first and you will be able to refuse it without losing any functionality.
